1. General Website Terms
- Any dispute or claim related to this website shall be governed by the laws of the UAE.
- Users under 18 years are not allowed to register or transact on this website.
2. Payment Methods
- We do not store your payment details.
- We only act as a payment gateway. Payment information is securely stored by our payment provider.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED.
- Multiple bookings may appear as separate transactions on your statement.
- We do not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.
- Cardholders must retain transaction records and review merchant policies.
Bundle Ride Terms & Conditions
Validity & Sharing
- Bundles are valid for the duration mentioned in the package.
- Unused rides expire and are non-refundable.
- Bundles can be shared with friends and family.
Exclusions & Surcharges
- Not valid for: Out of Dubai, Dubai South, Damac Hills 2, Al Ghadeer Village, Al Nahda, Al Qusais (15% discount on standard rates applies for these areas instead).
- Peak Hours (2:00 AM – 2:00 PM): Bundle customers +AED 20, Non-bundle customers +AED 30.
- Not valid on Christmas and New Year holidays.
- Extra hours/services are charged as per standard rates.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
- Changes must be made 3 hours prior to booking time.
- Late cancellations may result in deducting the ride from the bundle.
- Bundles are non-refundable.
Chauffeur Partnership Program
Fees & Eligibility
- AED 100 non-refundable sign-up fee (renewed every 6 months).
- AED 200 refundable security deposit (processed 25 days after exit, non-refundable for violations).
- Minimum 3 years of light vehicle driving experience, valid documents.
- No record of illegal activity, drug use, or serious accidents. Age below 45 years.
Responsibilities & Termination
- Follow assigned schedules, traffic laws, and bear any traffic fines incurred.
- Cancellations must be informed 2 hours before the ride.
- We may terminate for repeated violations. Drivers may exit with 20 days' written notice.
By purchasing a service or enrolling in a program, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated above. We reserve the right to modify terms without prior notice.
